Another Star Another DUI

There have been reports of another Hollywood star being stopped by the California Highway Patrol for a dui, this time it was actor Thomas Jane, better known as the star of “The Punisher” as well as several other well-known movies such as The Mist and also husband to Medium actress Patricia Arquette.

The incident according to the California Highway Patrol occurred when the actor was seen speeding on Interstate 5 north of Buttonwillow in Kern County. At approximately 2:45am Jane was stopped and was later charged with driving under the influence, driving with a blood alcohol of more than .08% and possession of a prescription drug with out a prescription.

Jane, whose real name is Thomas Elliot had an arraignment set for April 9th and was released with a promise to appear.
