The Rise of The "Fake" Self-Hate Crimes
Just The Latest In A Variety Of Fake Hate Crimes?
A former Umatilla County Oregon politician faked a hate crime against himself for attention. Claiming a hate-filled letter, Jonathan Lopez made a key error. Unfortunately, this is not the only time such a fake hate crime took place over the last several months. It also shows the weakness of these efforts-- and the rise of a radicalized racial politics. We see the same unfolding during this year's election cycle.
Unfortunately, the Smollett case was just one of many fake self-hate crimes. These fakes exploded since the election of Donald Trump in 2016. Looking for attention, candidates for office, actors, race car drivers, and even ordinary people take part. Let's put it this way-- it is a good way to get attention. There is also an open media willing to take part in any such fake stories that have the same narrative that Orange Man is bad.
Put it all together, and it is a mess on many levels. It downplays the effects of real hate crime attempts, which is a major shame. It also gives the attention the fakers want-- although they often get caught. These are a clear sign of distress. And it presents shame for a nation that made so much progress on racial and social issues. It also shows the rise of Black Lives Matter and the seeming "need" for more racism than exists. In a way, this indicates that the demand for such racism is far smaller than that which organically takes part in our modern society.

The "Anti White" Hate Crime Fakery In Oregon.
Anti-white attacks are on the rise. According to the right, anyone who is "pro-life" or shows American pride by wearing a MAGA hat, like Nick Sandmann, risks death threats and false narratives by anti-white journalists. Civility in journalism has a lot to be considered. But could it just be that news stations like CSpan, MSNBC, NBC, CNN, CBS, ABC, WaPo, NPR, etc., are owned by powerful democrats who use their "news" station or sports team ad spend to influence and alter public opinion? Pro sports propping up the Marxist run BLM is considered by most on the right to be a 5th column by the left into popular culture.
Creating a race war and separation of the races is good for the news cycle. But conservatives say the left-wing press is an accomplice with their corporate donor friends connected with the Chinese communist party. China funds student organizations and promotes un-American activities by college kids on tax-subsidized colleges, which has long been a fear from the right. But the pro-ANTIFA college professors [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7] who seem to teach on most campuses, say they have nothing to do with Johnny becoming a flag burner, so move along.
"Universities are the ideological incubators of Antifa in the US. While most US campuses do not have any policies that endorse Antifa explicitly, the group flourishes where administrators employ teaching staff that are increasingly far-left activist educators or actual members of the group, where they are allowed to recruit and host events on campus grounds and where universities offer an over-abundance of courses in the social sciences that have their roots in Marxist and postmodernist theory and which do not offer sufficient evaluation of course content to train students to think critically." Complicity With Far Left "Fact Check" Culture?
It appears that the majority of journalists, and fact-checkers, for that matter, say that anyone who does not have a far-left, woke mentality must be canceled by any means necessary.
"..smoking-gun evidence of political bias among Facebook’s ostensibly objective content moderators, with one company employee even boasting that she unjustifiably deletes posts by users wearing MAGA hats.
A video ... showed its undercover journalist using hidden cameras at Facebook offices interacting with moderators, who admitted to routinely deleting conservative content while leaving up anti-Trump content even if it violates the platform’s policy.
Facebook insider Zach McElroy..., “We are essentially in charge of what gets said and what gets stifled.” He also stated that 75-80 percent of the posts selected for moderator review by Facebook’s algorithm support President Trump and Republican or conservative causes."
People like the woman above are in charge of what Facebook allows. If you don't agree with the Stasi, you will be canceled, and this is how they cancel you:
How does Facebook take action based on fact-checkers’ ratings?
When False, Altered, Partly False or Missing Context is selected by a fact-checking partner, we take action. Some of these actions may include:
Reduced Distribution We show the piece of content lower in the News Feed, significantly reducing its distribution. And on Instagram, we remove it from Explore and hashtag pages and downrank content in feed and Stories.
Sharing WarningWhen someone tries to share a post that’s been rated by a fact-checker, we’ll show them a pop-up notice so people can decide for themselves what to read, trust, and share.
Sharing Notifications If someone has shared a story that is later determined by fact-checkers to be false, we notify them that there is additional reporting on that piece of content.
Misinformation Labels We apply a clear, visual label to content that has been debunked by fact-checkers, and surface their fact-checking articles for additional context.
Removing Incentives for Repeat Offenders When Pages or websites repeatedly share content that’s been debunked by fact-checking partners, they will see their overall distribution reduced, and will lose the ability to advertise or monetize within a given time period.
And many Republicans are of the view that unless you think like Don Lemon, you are an enemy of Facebook's fact-checkers and their allies at the DNC. Many "canceled" investigators and independent journalists agree. Many on the right fear Google, with most of its political donations going to ACT Blue, and its obvious single party bias, will make America like Google's business partners in Communist China. Using AI to control people, and sending a lynch mob to their house if that doesn't work has seen a dry run in 2020. Social credits are part of the communist algorithm Google is helping develop. So, for example, if you don't support the state's official position, you are "canceled."
The fear is that even when people like Smollet and Lopez are exposed for lying, the press and their friends relegate it to the back page, or simply say nothing at all. And their moderator allies at Facebook and Instagram can simply shadowban you and anyone else who has an unpopular opinion.
At least that is what many on the right believe. We find more about the latest fake hate crime in the local press. Mr. Lopez was a former County Commissioner looking to get his old seat back. But the new narrative is that no lives can matter until Black Lives Matter. But some left-wing leaders like Bill Marr are starting to realize that they unleashed the Kraken by funding and taking money from far-left organizations like BLM and ANTIFA. Now their money, homes, and families are at risk for firebombings for not being "woke" enough. In particular, Jews are at risk for losing everything in what resembles a Bolshevik purge happening in real-time in places like Portland, Oregon, and Washington State.
The main thing the left has going for them is control over most of the popular news both on and offline, say conservatives. Police are still determining motives/ But it appears that he sent a fake letter filled with hate-filled expletives to himself for attention. Considering that the election is just several months away, perhaps he thought it would give him a boost. Lopez put the letter on-- where else-- Facebook. It was typed and utilized as a prop to get increased views and likes:
Lopez previously posted a photo of a typed letter full of racist, homophobic and misogynist slurs to Facebook, stating he had received the letter but he had “no resentment for whomever wrote this.”
However, when reading the actual letter draft, it becomes obvious that it was faked-- just from the language that the supposed attackers used. Take a look at it below:
The letter, as shown in the photo, stated in part that Lopez and other “Mexicans” were “not welcome here” and that “America is for the God fearing, pro gun, pro life humans who refuse to be controlled by the government.”
Even worse, this effort was just one of many. Look at the cases of Rachel Dolezal or Jussie Smollett. There is a definite-- and growing demand for fake hate crimes. Smollett went from a C list actor to a common name overnight through his hoax. And for the first part of it, the media went along with it breathlessly. This includes current Vice Presidential candidate Kamala Harris. Harris even called it an "attempted modern-day lynching." Of course, the mainstream press buried the story and did little to expose the scandal. It simply does not fit the "anti-white," cancel culture narrative according to most on the right.
But Why Now?
This is an interesting and important question. Why is there now a proliferation of such fake hate crimes. The actual number of such incidents has been falling for years. Now in the last four years, there's been a bloom of such cases. They affect small county candidates in Oregon. And C list actors. And random people. And even former NFL players. Edawn Caughman was just the latest in the string of such fake racially motivated attacks.
“It appears as though Edawn conjured a premeditated plan to damage his own property, attempt to make it appear as a hate crime, file a claim with his insurance company and sell off the undamaged appliances and electronics,” police said in a statement.
In this case, the former football player wrote racial slurs on his own property, a swastika, and even MAGA-- meaning Make America Great Again. Such attempts are tiring and do damage to our political discourse. This includes reports of real hate crimes, as well as the result of a decreased ability for the general public to accept such information. It is a bad cycle all around. Hopefully, this case in Oregon teaches would-be fakers a hard lesson in what not to do to get attention. Maybe they should just go back to blocking traffic on the freeways, so citizens are kept from getting to work, and ambulances are blocked from getting ANTIFA and BLM shooting victims to the hospital?
